I accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as PayPal payments.
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, I'll gladly replace it with a new piece. Just contact me within 30 days of receiving your item. Email me at email@example.com to provide me with the necessary information and so that I can send you a shipping label for the return. Once I receive the damaged piece, I will craft a new one (if I don't have one ready to go) and ship it to you.
I also accept returns of pre-made items damaged in transit, but if you opt for this instead of an exchange, you will have to pay the return shipping cost and your refund will be issued within 3 days of my receiving the return (unless there is some reason I cannot make this deadline, such as a scheduled vacation or an unexpected period during which I am away from the shop and office). Contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to provide me with details. Returns for non-damaged items is on a TBD basis. I'll do my best to accommodate your needs!
Custom items cannot be returned, but can be exchanged.
If the shipping estimated during checkout turns out to be more than what I pay at the post office, I will refund the portion that exceeds my shipping and handling cost.
I do not accept returns on custom orders, but I will exchange a damaged custom piece. The process is the same as exchanges for my pre-made products. Contact me at email@example.com to provide details.
